October 2001 - current date: Program Manager at the Faculty of Informatics of USI - Università della Svizzera italiana (Lugano, Switzerland);

• Coordinating the activities with local companies and promoting computer science at local high schools.
• Scientific collaborator at ALaRI in Cyber Physical Systems.
• Until September 2004 I managed the project for the creation of the Faculty of Informatics.

October 1997 - September 2001: Test & Integration Team Manager at The Fantastic Corporation R&D SA (Manno, Switzerland)

• Managing and allocating Test & Integration Team resources consisting of a Team of 10 Test Engineers and a Test Lab.
• Leading the development project of the first version of the Fantastic Broadband System.

May 1994 - September 1997: Network Analyst at the Centro Elettronico della BSI Banca della Svizzera Italiana and BossLab (Pregassona, Switzerland)

• Analyzing and solving Network problems, installing and maintaining LAN/WAN equipment.
